The Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia is organizing on Saturday, May 6, 2023 a trip of historic cars and motorcycles through the Moravian Karst<\/strong> on the occasion of the centenary of the foundation. As it was in 1923: "The social and sports activities of \u010cAMS were very intense from the beginning, already on 16\/05\/1923 a lecture on the Moravian Karst (Dr. Absolon) was held, which was followed by the first joint outing of the club members on Macoch."<\/em> (see Motor Journal 2023\/02). The Saturday event will include lectures on the creation of \u010cAMS and the Moravian Karst. Start at the Technical Museum in Brno. We are planning a picnic in Kotvrdovice at the airport, bring blankets and something to snack on (cake, strudel...). The next trip will be voluntary to Un\u00edn, where Ed Smatana will prepare a traditional treat.<\/div>\n

9 o'clock - meeting at Technical Museum in Brno<\/a> welcome, discussion.<\/div>\n
10 a.m. - departure towards Macocha.<\/div>\n
11 o'clock - upper Stepmocha parking lot<\/a> \u2013 a lecture about Absolon and the Moravian Karst.<\/div>\n
12 o'clock - departure through the Drahansk\u00e1 vrchovina in the direction of Vyso\u010dany, Rozst\u00e1n\u00ed and Kotvrdovice.<\/div>\n
12:30 p.m. \u2013 picnic at Kotvrdovice airport, a few words about the founding of \u010cAMS by Sylvia Zouharov\u00e1 Dykov\u00e1. Also a picnic on the grass and something you brought to bite into + a coffee (drinks can be bought on the spot at the window). Shared photo.<\/div>\n
2:00 p.m. departure either voluntary or common direction Un\u00edn, Edy Smetana military complex.<\/div>\n
2.45 pm \u2013 arrival at Un\u00edn. Free and organized entertainment, food and drink here. Possibility to sleep on military beds (you must bring your own sleeping bags).<\/div>\n

The start fee is voluntary, and a commemorative brass tag 6 x 4 cm will be available for 200 CZK. You need to order it in advance.<\/div>\n\n\n
