Masters Historic Gentlemen Drivers pre-1966 GT + Touring cars 2014

The Gentlemen Drivers Championship is an endurance race for GT cars built before 1966. Each car can take turns in two drivers. Their exchange during the pit stop, the cooperation of the entire team and the length of the races offer a unique spectacle, which culminates in the waving of the black and white flag at the finish line. The individual classes are divided according to the year of manufacture and engine capacity, and cars from Aston Martin, Jaguar, AC, Porsche, Ferrari, MG, Morgan and TVR regularly meet at the start competing for victory with cars from Chevrolet, Ford, Austin Healey, Alfa Romeo, Triumph and Lotus.

Races of touring cars manufactured before 1966 are always a big attraction even for uninitiated spectators. The starting field includes mass-produced cars, whether they are powered by a fork eight cylinder or a liter four cylinder. They compete together in an endurance race with regular pit stops and possible driver changes. They are divided into classes according to engine capacity.
