Racing series – Brno Grand Prix Revival 2014
The Brno racing track has a tradition since 1930, when the first year of the Czechoslovak Grand Prix was held on it, which was named after the president Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. Already this year, leading world competitors took part in the races, and in the gallery of winners we can find names such as von Morgen, Chiron, Stuck, Rosemeyer, Caracciola. For more than eighty years, the circuit has hosted an abundance of grand prizes and has undergone many modifications over time. In 1987, a new modern track was opened, which meets the strictest criteria even today.
The rich history of the circuit will be followed by the Brno Grand Prix Revival races of historic vehicles on July 4-6, 2014. Grand Prix cars, sports cars, formula cars, touring cars, motorcycles and sidecars will appear on the track, and legendary racers who have raced at the Brno circuit in the past will take part in the event. In the depot, the cars of the finish drive participants and branded clubs will be on display for spectators.
