Exhibitions and competitions they always went hand in hand in Brno. The first race up the Brno–Soběšice hill was organized on the same date as the first International Automobile Exhibition at the Stadion Exhibition Center on Kounicová Street (May 3–7, 1924). The race to the top (1924–1929) was followed by the Masaryk Circuit from 1930. It was an important international enterprise, which in its level and reach surpassed everything else that had been run in our country up to that time. All these events were organized by the Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia.
Exhibitions and races in Brno always went hand in hand. The first hill-race Brno-Soběšice was organized at the same time as the first International Automobile Exhibition at the exhibition area Stadion at the Kounicova avenue (3rd – 7Th May 1924). The hill-race (1924-1929) was followed by the Masaryk Circuit since 1930. It was an important international event that with its quality and reach surpassed all other events organized in our country. Al, these events were organized by the Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia.
